"I think I've learned more in the last two years than I have in my whole life," says Lillix's Tasha-Ray Evin. It was all of these life lessons and experiences that inspired the songs on the band's long-awaited sophomore album, Inside The Hollow (in stores now).
Now, Tasha-Ray, along with her bandmates Lacey-Lee Evin, Louise Burns and Alicia Warrington want to share their thoughts with their fans through an exclusive FASHION18 blog.
Check back to fashion18.com every Thursday to see what the girls have to say on everything from how to start your own band to their favourite fashion and beauty tips.

Eating Healthy.
In today's world, people think eating healthy is inconvenient. That is only because fast food is so readily available. It's up to the individual to put some effort into it, get off the couch and go to a grocery store. Almost every grocery store has organic produce and products now, so it's available to everyone.
Eating healthy can be fun, too, because you get to invent your own tastes. Be your own little chef. Don't be lazy and buy McDonalds. You know the saying "You are what you eat." Well, it's true. If you want to look like a greasy cheeseburger, then just keep eating them.
What about the other saying "Breakfast is the most important meal of the day." Yes, it is. Make sure you always have some good tasting multigrain cereal or fruit and yogurt at home, so you never have an excuse not to eat breakfast. If you tend to pig out toward the end of the day, that's because you didn't eat a big enough breakfast or you're just not eating enough period. If you haven't seen the movie Super Size Me, I recommend watching it. You will never look at fast food the same way again. That movie will make you realize how sick the fast food world is. Ultimately, it will motivate you to make some real good lifestyle changes.

I am naturally quite thin. I have tried to gain weight but it doesn't really work. (Kinda like Misha Barton) I just want to point out to some people that there is a difference between being thin and being way too thin. People constantly say that I'm anorexic; this is a huge problem with many girls. But, I try telling them I'm not like that. I just want people to realize that some of us, being on the "skinny end" have different comments on eating disorders then the "bigger or average end" and I think that people need to start listening to us. I am in no ways saying that eating disorders are natural cause they aren't. I just wish everyone could love their bodies, because we are all beautiful!

Ah, its so good to hear this from people who are well-known and everything, y'know :P You are totally right and those fast food chains are kinda....bad. I haven't gone out to eat in a while, because I know my own food is healthy and delicious. I know what goes into it and its just....more enjoyable.
Would it be great if we could all just shut down those gross places?
Thanks for reading =P
