Christmas Vacation

Hello Readers!

How is everyone doing? Since this will be the last blog by Lillix for Fashion18.com, I would like to say thank you to Fashion18 for asking us to be part of the weekly blogs and also a big thank you to you readers!

So, let me re-cap what have I written about... Ok, The Pressures of the Entertainment Industry, The Beauty of British Columbia.. and then a great big survey about myself? Hopefully that didn't come across too coinceded.
hehe. I'm kinda stumped here, let me think... I should write something profound and thoughtful, somthing the readers can relate to. Well, the holiday season is coming up, how about that!

Christmas is definitly my favorite time of year. I know a lot of you may not celebrate Christmas, but whatever it is you believe in, they all have one thing in common: family and friends. Christmas is about the birth of Jesus Christ, it's not about getting spoiled with gifts or about a man in a red suit. Its a big birthday celebration. The best part about it is the feeling you get during the holiday season. Everybody tends to become friendlier,

which is what probably gives you that feeling. People are trying to be kind (we should all try this more often, hehe). Every other day of the year it's about your life, your problems, your goals. We all become a little selfish sometimes. During the holiday season, businesses close down and are preparing for their break. We don't have to think about our daily issues at this time of year. You let go and start thinking of others. This is what I believe makes this time of year so special. You realize what is important; the people who you love. We show we love them by exchanging gifts. It's not so much about the gift itself as is the thought that someone went out trying to find you that perfect gift to make you happy.
Remember that! Someone went
out of their way to find you that special something to make you smile.
