John Tucker Must Die

John Tucker Must Die

His girlfriends don't get mad; they get even.

John Tucker Must Die (20th Century Fox)

Three high school girls discover they’re all being played by campus stud John Tucker (Desperate Housewives’ Jesse Metcalfe). Instead of fighting over him, they enlist the help of wallflower Kate (Brittany Snow) to make him “undatable,” which includes spiking John’s energy drink with estrogen, making it appear as though he has herpes, and getting him to wear a lacy thong in front of the whole basketball team. When that's not enough, they decide to train Kate in the ways of John Tucker so she can entice him, capture his heart and then break it into tiny, useless, misshapen pieces. A slumber party classic, John Tucker Must Die is worth seeing for the 87-minute viewing of Jesse Metcalfe strutting around with his shirt off, and of Penn Badgley’s (playing the younger Tucker brother) sexy shy-guy demeanour and gorgeous chiseled cheekbones.
